One of the great things about biodiesel fuel is that it can be derived from so many different sources. This makes it a tremendous renewable source of energy and better for the environment than fossil fuels. One of the most common sources for biodiesel fuel is Used Restaurant Cooking oil. To take advantage of this abundant “resource,” we offer used restaurant oil collection containers that are designed specifically for restaurants and can hold up to 400 gallons of used cooking oil. They feature all-steel construction, multiple entries that can be locked independently, and heavy-duty strainers.
Once collected, we can also provide services to process the untreated restaurant oil into high-value used cooking oil without increasing the free fatty acids (FFA) or losing the yield due to emulsion. We will pay for and pick up the oil for processing. Currently, JatroDiesel collects used oil from over 300 restaurants, schools and churches in Dayton, and Cincinnati. We started Used Cooking Oil recycling service in South Florida recently, based in Boca Raton, FL.
We offer restaurant oil pickup service under Pure Sky Alliance brand, you can visit us at www.pureskyalliance.com or call us at (937) 847-8050 Ext 201 for more information.
