Restaurant Oil Treatment System
We offer 2 sets of containers for Used Cooking Oil collection.
1) Cylindrical containers – 200 to 400 gallons. The containers are made out of Steel, with strainers, and anti-theft lock.
2) Inside Used Cooking Oil Containment Tank – Automated, no clog design, no hot oil handling by employees and increased value for the oil. Sizes vary from 250 gallons (1850 lbs) to 400 gallons (3000 lbs). Easy to install.
Once the Used Cooking Oil is collected, it needs to be cleaned to be used.
Used Cooking Oil Pre-Treatment
Traditional Rendering Plants are incapable of purifying the raw Used Cooking Oil without increasing the FFA. We developed a unique continuous process that will process raw Used Cooking Oil with high MIU and Sediments to eliminate Moisture (to less than 0.5%) and Sediment (to less than 0.1%) without raising the FFA levels. The oldest system operating in the industry, processed 5.2 million gallons of raw used cooking oil from September 2008 to-date. Fully automated and hands-free. Choose between 2 GPM to 50 GPM.
