MGEN™ - Pre-Processor - Up to 100% FFA Capable

Jatro MGen(TM) process - If you do not have a pre-processor in your current system or you are looking to eliminate your low yielding, FFA limiting existing Esterification process, this is the system. The system is high yielding, fully automated and skid mounted. If you do not have a pre-processor currently, just drop in this module in the front and process high FFA oils (up to 100% FFA) to under 2% FFA oil and use your existing process for Transesterification.

If you are a building a brand new plant, consider Jatro SUPER™ system which eliminates the usage of Catalyst and saves 15 cents/gallon in production cost.
