Methanol

Water greater than 500 ppm in your Methanol will affect the quality of your Biodiesel. We offer Methanol Distillation System which is capable of purifying the recovered Methanol from Biodiesel, Glycerin or any other source to a purity above 99.9% guaranteed. Fully automated hands free system. We deployed 14 automated distillation columns till date for the Biodiesel Industry. Operating cost is 10 to 12 cents/gallon of Methanol processed. Jatrodiesel delivers a turnkey, fully automated and skid mounted system with minimal effort at Customer’s end.

Based on the requirements, Jatrodiesel has designed and deployed Methanol Distillation systems that has an input of upwards of 90% water or 10% impurities (Biodiesel, Water, Glycerin and unreacted Oil). The output is guaranteed at 99.9% Methanol purity.
