After 8 months of extensive testing in the lab and over 2 months of Production testing, Jatrodiesel has unveiled the process technology to process high FFA oils ranging from 2% to 100% FFA.

Typically, Biodiesel plants use the Esterification process which has a limitation of lower yields when higher FFA oils are processed. Also, higher amount of Methanol and Acid are used in the Esterification process. To address these issues, Jatrodiesel came up with a technology that will not use Methanol, and Acid and can easily integrate into the existing infrastructure and all this without the loss of yield.
